To move a domain to a separate new web hosting package, you need to do the following:

1. download all necessary data from the old web hosting account (settings, DNS records, e-mails, website files, export website databases via the phpMyAdmin interface);
2. close the old web hosting account by sending a request from your account contact e-mail address to the customer support e-mail address support@radicenter.eu;
3. order a new web hosting package for the domain to be moved through the customer area;
4. upload data into a new web hosting package and create databases and import data from .sql files;
5. update the database data in the website’s configuration file and then check if everything works.

To move a domain to another web hosting package (where there are already domains) as an additional domain, you need to do the following:

1. download all necessary data from the old web hosting account (settings, DNS records, e-mails, website files, export website databases);
2. remove the domain from the old web hosting account;
3. order an additional domain space for the new web hosting package (instructions can be found HERE);
4. upload data into a new web hosting package and create databases through the cPanel interface and import data from .sql files into the database through the phpMyAdmin interface;
5. update the database data in the website’s configuration file and then check if everything works.
